OBTAINING A POLICE REPORT

Copies of Incident Reports and/or Motor Vehicle Crash Reports taken by the Cairo Police Department are available usually within two (2) business days of the date the report was taken. Please contact our Records Clerk Ms. Shanda Brinson by mail, or at 229-378-3096 Ext. 173 or via email @records.

Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
