Education

The Grady County Campus of Southwest Georgia Technical College offers Practical Nursing, Criminal Justice Technology, Early Childhood Care and Education, and Business Administrative Technology. Numerous general education courses, including English, Mathematics, Psychology, Economics, and Speech are also offered, as well as Continued Education Classes. Computer classes, Workplace Spanish, and Driver's Education are among the classes that have been offered in Grady County by the Department of Economic Development. A high bay service area and an additional classroom are housed in a recently completed second building.

Other servicess available at the Grady campus are registration assistance, Admissions Placement Exams (Compass), and Georgia Work Ready Assessments. A new student orientation is held at the Grady campus every quarter. The campus is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.
